A wonderful man by the name of Adrian Whitehouse is getting a special mention today. What he plans to do in the name of greyhounds everywhere is very special, if a little insane! He is climbing... Mont Blanc! One of the most dangerous mountains in the world! And all in aid of Greyhound Gap.
Greyhound Gap is one of the many charities that is set up to help rescue and rehome greyhounds and does a fantastic job. I saw your blog and read about the work you do and thought you might be interested in something I saw over the weekend.
I was at the Yorkshire Game Fair I saw a company called Burgess who make Supadog food handing out a flier for a new food they are making especially for pet greyhounds and lurchers. They are also donating money for every bag purchased to a fund to help greyhound and lurcher rescues! At last a food company who has recognised that Greyhounds make fantastic pets and have special needs! Not sure when it comes out but worth looking out for!
